The family that owns the place was kind and helpful.

Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset – truly magical! The price was incredibly reasonable considering the quality and amenities provided. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect – we have no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

All units except the standard room have a full kitchen. The standard room has a microwave and fridge. Quiet and peaceful with an amazing private beach! My mom contacted them to decorate my room for my birthday and they went above and beyond. Balloons, flowers, sign, bottle of champagne. It really made my trip so special.
