L’établissement Framadani estate - Villa with a pool and Or thatch roof Cabin se situe à San Ignacio, à respectivement 3 km et 18 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Cahal Pech et El Pilar. This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

Owner met us on arrival and was very helpful letting us know about the property facilities. The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

If it’s available, do not pass up the opportunity to experience it. The lodge is beautiful and so well designed and presented, with lovely homely touches, clean spacious shower room, comfortable bed and bedroom with cracking aircon, great outdoor seating area, in all just cannot fault it. Communication with Hadas/Dusty was spot on, Hadas also arranged for us to do bird watching and cooking onsite with Flora, both of which were great experiences. On arrival we were met by Willy and Stinky who are both adorable and so friendly, they spent a lot of time with us when we were there! Willy was also a great swimming buddy in the river. Facilities in the lodge were second to none and also catered for our unstated needs! Fully stocked kitchen and a bonus of running bottled water. Having the river there to both cool down in and sunbathe by was a bonus and well used with the humidity at the time we stayed. The location was perfect for us, far enough from town to be remote and only a few mins drive into civilisation. Albert, the main man on site in the day, was lovely and friendly and we had some good conversation with him. The security here is also good, with an electric entrance gate and non intrusive cameras, but Willy and Stinky were the best security, making sure you knew about any movement even remotely near the property! They also slept outside our room on a night, ready and waiting for a breakfast treat in the morning! So cute. If you’re not a dog lover though, they won’t bother you, so please don’t be put off by them being there.

Ground floor has two comfortable bedrooms. Close to restaurants. Hosts are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Any tours or activities can be accommodated. Great stay!

They served us like royalty and treated us as if we were family. I would stay at Villa Massis every time I visit Bullet Tree!!!! Everytime I visit Belize!

L’établissement Kane Villas - Mountain Pine Ridge vous accueille à San Ignacio (Cayo), à 20 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Barton Creek Cave. It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.

TOUT ÉTAIT MAGIQUE!!!! accueil, service, propreté, personnel, TOUT ÉTAIT FORMIDABLE!!!! une des plus belles, sinon la plus belle chambre (lire villa) d'hôtel où j'ai eu la chance de séjourner; j'y retournerai c'est certain!!! Si vous allez au Bélize, allez-y, bonheur assuré!!!!

A relatively new and modern facility. Quiet rooms. No noise from streets or next door rooms. The posted facility pictures are real. Very clean and almost new towels and bedding sheets. No bad sewage gas smell that is fairly common in Central America hotels. Good AC and fan. Good kitchen suitable for people like us with diabetes care needs. Each room is stocked with its own dishes, cups and silverware. Easy check in process. They definitely delivered the promised facility and service. Good information was provided. When I reported the TV controller not working after checking in, they immediately offered us to change to another room with good working TV. I extended my stay for one more day there because of the good conditions. The conditions and services are much better than most hotels in our nine countries Latin America this time at this price range.
