Smithe House features certain units that include a balcony, and all rooms include a coffee machine. All units will provide guests with a fridge. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

Staff was superb, amenities were great (even if I didn't have time to use most of them) and their dog was the cutest. Would definitely stay here for longer and will next time in Victoria.

We made our own breakfast and were able to catch early ferry to Gabriola island. Fantastic view from the oversized room. My dad spent whole afternoon sat in the chair and enjoyed the view. Very very clean!

Also the chalet was super cozy and we appreciated having the living and sleeping areas on different floors.

This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and a bowl of delicious blueberries. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Overall a short but pleasant stay.
