Host made up Sofia beds for us in advance since we needed 3 beds , had water on table to drink . Beds comfortable, huge shower or tun has both . Toilet is separate which is nice . This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. A beautiful apartment room with Fantastic amenities and a perfect view of the Watzmann. The highlight of our trip was the Host Marlies who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay 😊

Amazing central location in the middle of Berchtesgaden which was a minute's walk from the supermarkets, ice cream shop and bakery, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Really lovely views too of the Watzmann mountain and other nearby mountains, apartment was very clean, modern and well looked after. Stefanie, our host was responsive and checking in was no problem and straightforward.

The holiday flat was exceptional. One of the best places we have stayed in. Super clean and comfortable and with a great view. The apartment had beautiful furniture and all appliances you need (and more). The hosts were super nice and most helpful. Special bonus: a massage chair!! We will return for sure and highly recommended!

I hope to add photos to the review at a later date. The farm stands in acres of land with mountains all around and amazing views of the snowcapped Hochkalter and Watzman mountains. There are fabulous walks in the area. We did a walk through the Marchenpfad forests with lovely wood carvings all the way through and the most amazing views all around. This is alpine scenery at its best. This was a great base, away from it all, for Berchestgaden and Konigsee Lake. This is a very beautiful area. I imagine it can get very busy in Summer. Our hosts were very welcoming, our room was warm, cosy and ultra clean with a mini kitchen with fridge. They also sell a range of beautiful, local produce of all sorts which are displayed very nicely in the reception area. There is an honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks and you just write them on a slip of paper. The owners also put a lot of effort into their floral decorations and outside ambience with lounging chairs and blankets. With lambs playing right outside. We had a fabulous stay, thank you!
