The owners were awesome, very sweet and sincerely happy to meet us there. They showed everything, answered questions. The apartment not very big but clean and equipped enough with kitchen stuff. The bed was comfortable. I would like also to notice that every detail in the house and every piece in the garden are made with love and looks very authentic and cool. The property is freshly renovated and very charming, in a 19th century house with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the city hall tower. It was actually much bigger than I expected. I liked especially the mattresses and the beds in general, they were very comfortable. There is a small kitchen with all necessary items and a bathroom with a little room next to it that serves as a walk-in wardrobe. There is a flower garden in the backyard where it is possible to sit in summer. The hosts supplied even beer and mineral water, very thoughtful! Zittau has lots of historical sites and parks and offers many possibilities to relax in the surrounding countryside (Görlitz, Berzdorfer See, the rock formations in Oybin etc.). I will definitely recommend this property to others.
