Quite silent (it's in the middle of the city) and easy to find. Parking no problem, nearby little shops for easy shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi and the TV didn't work but for us it wasn't a problem.

Situé à Qaryat at Ta‘mīr as Siyāḩīyah, l’hébergement avec climatisation Byoum Lake Side Hotel Room, Tunis Village, Fayoum possède un balcon. The room was very clean with a very nice view of the garden, pool, and Qaroun lake. The pool was nice and clean. Mr Younis is very helpful and nice. He was also flexible about check-in and out times. He followed up with us during the trip, helped us, and sent us breakfast to the room door, which was very delicious.

The villa was so clean and cozy , the owner was so helpful he's taking care of every detail, he gave me a lot of info about the markets and restaurants nearby and the activities , everything was perfect for a family vacation , the villa is only 1 minute walk from the lake but you can also see the lake from the balcony, I highly recommend going there.
