And a 7 minutes walk for the closest store. Just perfect!

It has such a cosy warm vibe that it makes you feel right at home. Also it was really clean and had all the necessary amenities and then some! Congratulations to the owners for an excellent service. Wish I could stay more!

At the bed and breakfast, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The property was beautiful and extremely clean. The owner quickly responded to all communication and assisted with a late checkin. The following morning, we had a wonderful full breakfast prepared for us and were greeted with a warm welcome. We would definitely return for another stay.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Great place to stay. Spacious enough, very clean, decorated beautifully, TV and fast internet. Had just about everything that you’d need for a short stay. It felt very private too. The shower was lovely & the bed was super comfy. The host was very caring and facilitating. Parking was available for free on the driveway too which was a bonus.

Excellent location, very near to the Leagrave station which can be used to travel to London in 40 minutes. The apartment was clean. Many eateries nearby. Lidl supermarket was also on a walking distance.

Host were amazing so welcoming met us at the property, had cans of pop ready for the kids which was an amazing touch specially after our long drive. Hosts answered any questions we had and supplied and extra quilt. The place was amazing so clean very nice sun trap of a back gardens which is fenced around. House is on a nice estate had no issues at all. Can't wait to return in july
