The generosity and hospitality shown by the hosts is second to none. We stayed in a family cabin and it was surprisingly spacious, so clean, comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. The hot tub was of course a highlight of the trip, as was getting to pat and feed the highland cows (plus other farm animals). Thank you Sam, we would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property that you have created.

Everything was perfect for the whole family. The host was very kind and gave us detailed information for check in and parking. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space available. The key collection was quick. The property is huge and very spacious, extremely clean and extremely well equipped. Wi-Fi is fast and of good quality. A modern property with a pleasant atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms are ideal for larger families. It is centrally located in the Scottish Borders with many attractions nearby. We would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

A beautifully decorated and well equipped property in a very pretty village. It had everything we needed, and the owners had even provided breakfast stuff (cereals, milk, bread, eggs, beans, etc). Easy parking on the street outside.

Great location, and adorable! The hosts were quick to respond when needed. There is street parking out front which was quite convenient. We walked over the chain bridge into Melrose (coffee, pubs, Melrose Abbey, groceries) which was lovely. There was coffee, tea and milk at the flat which was a nice touch & the view out to the garden so beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find hair dryers with diffuser attachments! Everything was comfortable and clean, 10/10.
