The water was hot and the heating worked. All furnishings were new and clean. There was a lot of effort made by our host to make the flat comfortable. Parking was drama free and the area was very quiet.

They were extremely accommodating and flexible with our check-in time when our flight times were adjusted along with being extremely hospitable and kind to us, ensuring we were cared for, fed, and that we got where we needed to go for different family events in the area. The accommodations were also lovely and very comfortable, with Chris and Sarah providing a variety of supplies as well as an immaculately clean and comfortable place to stay. We can't recommend it enough- for both the beautiful scenery in West Sussex and the value as a top-rate place to stay!

Close to the beach and Richard and Tammy really are truly nice people and excellent hosts with great advice on local food and sightseeing. We’d definitely stay again!
