The holiday home is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. This holiday home is non-smoking and soundproof. I liked everything. The only minor issue was a slight confusion about the distance from the airport. It takes around 35 min. By foot. You can use the trail through the park. Taxi is 20 quid from the airport.

A toaster, a fridge and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We were involuntarily stranded in Gatwick during transit and needed a place to stay late at night with 2 children, close (actually walking distance!) to the airport; self check-in works perfectly. Cristina offers 2 lovely appartments providing everything you need (including a nice coffee/tea- and breakfast-setup! it's tastefully and thoughtfully furnished - there are even USB sockets (something we were in desperate need of as for our “short” transit we didn’t bring any UK-plugs) and Netflix provided. Communication with Cristina was so kind and accommodating and despite the stress we really got to calm down there. Thank you so much - 10/10

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. Additional in-room amenities include fruits. OK, I am staying here from now on whenever I have to fly out of Gatwick! Laura and Dan were such amazing hosts. Not only did Laura cheerfully offer to pick me up and drop me off at the airport for less than an Uber would've cost, and she kept me totally apprised at every step of the way about where to meet and timing, she also helped me to arrange delivery of delicious Chinese food for my dinner and assisted me with drying my clothes after I had a bit of a hiccup with the washing machine provided in the unit. (And what a thoughtful amenity for someone who has been traveling for 2 weeks to have a washer/dryer in the unit!) I loved meeting their two friendly Rottweilers as well. The dogs would come by and visit me when I was out on the lovely little patio, which I greatly appreciated having and especially the fact I was allowed to smoke and an ashtray and cute little seating area were provided. Hosts were readily available but never intrusive. The unit has everything a solo traveler could possibly want: fridge, kettle and a whole little kitchenette really, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware included. Milk in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar plus some other unexpected sundries like jam and peanut butter. Plenty of outlets for charging and a separate portable clicker for the lights! The bed was really comfy. There is a separate seating area with TV and you can log into your Netflix. Bathroom features a luxurious shower. The entire unit is just sparkling clean and they've paid attention to every single detail. Walking distance to a convenience store, pubs and restaurants. I was only there overnight before my flight, but would love to stay even longer!

Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat is located in Farnham, 22 km from Top Gear Test Track, 23 km from Jane Austen's House Museum, and 33 km from LaplandUK. It is set 6.6 km from Frensham Great Pond and Common and offers a 24-hour front desk. Goodwood Racecourse is 39 km from the holiday park and Legoland Windsor is 42 km away. I have just stayed here Monday to Friday in Sturt lodge and was the most peaceful stay, I was staying here for work And It was such a lovely place to come back and relax of an evening, the pub is gorgeous and everyone dead friendly. The ducks made my stay - thanks for such a lovely stay 🩷🙌🏼

Great location, easy to access the boat and it had everything we had needed. It was like staying in an upgraded hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it and loved out stay. It was well located for access to the main areas we needed and a short drive to Staines and the shops. It was very clean tidy and exceeded our expectations

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. This is my second stay at this property. It is ideal for my needs. The village is walking distance & the location is safe and the bed is SO comfortable. I will be booking again when I return in 2026. It's great value if you are looking for a 2 bed - I am a solo traveler but still it is great value. Highly recommended
