Our apartment did not have much windows, but that didn't bother us as we were always away during the day. Any remark would be that we could hear sometimes the neighbours. Location is great! It is in the new part of Nafplion, but at walking distance from the old city centre and a small (yet beautiful) beach. Utilities were conform to the description and the room was tidy and clean! When we left, the cleaning team was already there.
