The only thing that could make it even better would be slightly improved outdoor furniture and a few more amenities to make full use of the outdoor kitchen.

The hosts Eirini and Nicolas, were very warm, giving, kind and accommodating! They surprised us with a lot of treats, such as fresh eggs, figs and greek Loukimia and even plants. This kind of hospitality made our experience very unique. The house is very well looked after, with attention to detail.

Carefully restored and modernised traditional home, which has been stylishly decorated and has everything you could need for your stay. A 15 min walk from the port and just a few minutes to the main square or to the monastery and seafront restaurants. Comfortable lounge area and a large, well stocked kitchen with a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and balcony overlooking the monastery, 1x double bed and 1x single bed on a mezzanine level) and more sleeping options in the lounge downstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms which makes this home suitable for 2x couples or a family group. Multiple tvs, air con and kitchen appliances all very new and good communication with host.

The accommodation is non-smoking. This was an excellent base for exploring Nisyros from, and it's just a few minutes from the main square. We loved the well restored whitewashed apartment, it was actually larger than we were expecting. Plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen and the owners were very helpful people. Very good value indeed. We counted 14 unused electric sockets!

Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.

Comfy and super clean rooms and beds, the exact same for kitchen and bathroom (which were unusually spacious as well), fully equiped to cover any need you might have, and a breathtaking sea view from the balcony. The hosts were willing to help us and answer all our questions. Highly recommend!!
