We were in unit 5 with the two stories and private terrace. It was magical! The instructions we were given in advance were perfect. We were dropped off at the Kolona Gate outside the Old Town and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the suites following Google maps. We contacted Mr. Geri when we landed at the airport and there was someone there when we arrived to bring us to our room. The ease of being in the heart of Old Town Rhodes and being able to walk to restaurants, shops and markets was perfect. Especially loved being tucked away a little away from all the noise and having the retreat to the terrace to unwind between outings. If we ever return to Rhodes again we will definitely be booking Elia Suites.

We liked to stay for our holiday in Rate North Bay Apartments. It is small size, but everything is needed was there. It is clean, but same times not every day nocking on the door, by communication in the WhatsApp we could decide, if cleaning is needed in our apartment or not and what time for us is better. I liked it very much, you don't get disturbed every day. Host Mihalis was very kind and we could ask help with anything. We also very grateful that we could stay in the last day until evening in our apartment, our flight was in the evening time and Mihalis was very kind to allow us to stay and didn't charge anything. Apartment met our expectations, very good price quality match, good location, very centrally located and on the other side little bit to aside from a bar street. Big plus for this apartment i would give for a hot water, it was always available. Relatively good WiFi connection, wash machine, hair dryer, iron on request. For our arrival host has left bottled water in refrigerator, products for breakfast and even bottle of wine, which was very pleasant. Was also very easy to reach Mihalis in whats app in any situations. We could recommend this apartment.

Location (5min walk to beach) Staff (Exceptional..from communication before & during stay, to a stocked fridge on arrival, to a simple check-in to see if we were happy with everything, to a little bag of Greek treats the day we left..hospitality & attention to detail & care, amazing) property itself was built a few years ago at a high level of finishing. Especially liked the wristband-roomkeys. Overall just a great experience. Thanks Nikos & Family!

The location is great for early flights, a walk away from the airport. The place is beautiful! We loved the tasteful design, spotless and comfortable. Lastly, the hosts are great, helped us check in earlier than usual due to the schedule of our flight. Highly recommended.

The pictures didn’t lie! The view is even more stunning in real life. We stayed at the Sunset and upon entering the apartment, you could see the beautiful view. The property is spacious and very clean. From the bedroom, with the door open, you can enjoy the outside scenes. The balcony was very big and offers enough space to relax outside. The kitchen had many appliances you can make use of, such as a grill machine and a bread toaster. Andreas, the property manager, was very kind and was readily available for any questions. We also met the owner of the property, a kind lady as well! The location is good as well. The property is near the beach and you can also walk to the city center (30 mins walk). Within a 5-minute walk from the property there’s a bakery, a restaurant, a supermarket, and more. Ideal location if you’re going for a relaxing holiday. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Because of the beauty of the view, we didn’t feel like we had to leave the house everyday.

Very comfortable with all amenities in-unit and really friendly staff. The apartment has everything you need.
