Doongri House is a small family run guest house with 7 rooms, all opening up onto a stunning roof top terrace in the middle of the old city, Jaipur. The family are the kindest, most loveliest of people with the biggest hearts. When you stay here, you are made to feel so welcome, you really don’t want to stay anywhere else. We stayed for 4 nights, our room was so spacious, lovely and clean with also a small heater provided, just to take the chill off with the cooler evenings. So welcome. We also enjoyed breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace, delicious scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. They have a nice selection of foods you can order and enjoy whilst you are there. It’s such a nice place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. It was also the kite festival whilst we were there and the family kindly invited us to stay ( even though we were checking out that day) to watch the festival from their rooftop. Wow, what a spectacular event that was. Thank you so much Doongri House for your kindness and hospitality, you made our stay in Jaipur so memorable and special. We wish you all the best!

A patio with outdoor furniture and garden views is offered in all units. At the bed and breakfast, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Beautiful place, great location. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jaipur. The place is exceptionally clean, superb home cooked food. The owner is very friendly and we received a very warm welcome. Look forward to visiting this place again.

We had an amazing experience with the resort staff. Loved the whole trip as it was explained in a smooth way to us. They took us for the jeep safari. Amazing experience with the driver of the Thar.
