It is in an ideal location just off the Piazza Santa Margherita in the old town and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. It's well designed, immaculately clean and well equipped and has a large terrace for outdoor dining. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cool in hot weather. Breakfast vouchers are provided for coffee and croissants at 3 local bars. We enjoyed the Bar Tropical just round the corner. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and our hosts Francesca and Mariassunta were amazing, very helpful and friendly, we will certainly return.

We were on the way to FCO to fly out to JFK and decided to visit L'Aquila the day before. It was very nice, quiet, clean place in the excellent location. There were fruits, bottle of water, milk, fruit drinks in the fridge & ice pops in the freezer! What a surprise & welcoming gesture! We loved L'Aquila and will come back to explore the area. It feels like a wonderful Pescara city center apartment rather than a short term rental. It feels as though it was decorated with the eye and sensibility of an artist. This includes the furniture, fixtures, appliances and other furnishing touches. The host was very kind and informative. We feel as though it was a privilege to stay in this apartment and we will gladly book it again for a longer stay next time we are in Pescara. We strongly recommend this listing to all!

The place was impeccably clean and new. Its location is also very convenient. During our stay, we encountered a stormy day, but the house's prime location allowed us to enjoy shopping and dining at the nearby outlet, just steps away. The house is also close to relaxing beach spots. We particularly loved Pineto, with its beach lined with pine trees, which was recommended by the owner, Carmela. Carmela’s hospitality exceeded our expectations. She provided us with delicious breakfast cakes and biscuits every day, all freshly homemade. She was very responsive to any questions we had and was incredibly accommodating. After check-out, she kindly allowed us to store our luggage and offered us the option to use the accommodation facilities for a while longer. Overall, I highly recommend this place as an excellent base for a family trip to enjoy the beach, aqua parks, shopping, and the mountains.
