The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Check in and check out went smooth. The neighborhood was calm and safe. Also the historic part of town wasn't as far as we initially thought.

We were on the way to FCO to fly out to JFK and decided to visit L'Aquila the day before. It was very nice, quiet, clean place in the excellent location. There were fruits, bottle of water, milk, fruit drinks in the fridge & ice pops in the freezer! What a surprise & welcoming gesture! We loved L'Aquila and will come back to explore the area. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment located right in the city center. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The landlord was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with our requests , no matter the time. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place in the heart of the the wonderful L’ Aquila city!
