Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the quiet street views. This is really luxurious fully equipped completely clean flat. For the price, it is unbeatable. We visited in 1.4., but it was nicely warm. Owner was super helpful, we created emergency situation, but she immediately helped us and promptly solve it. Also, she organized taxi to the airport in 5:45 am for us. The taxi driver come precisely on time, everything was smooth. The property has not so many ratings here, so maybe that was the reason for lower price, but it is really good and worth of it.

A fabulous apartment in Ariccia, with three of the best spots to pick up porchetta within a few minutes walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet at night. The mattress, pillows and bedding were extremely comfy and made for a great night sleep. Upon checking out I had a huge issue with the hire car due to overnight storm damage, and the owners couldn't have been helpful in supporting us with translations and helping me get to the city of Rome. I highly recommend this apartment and would return here in a heartbeat!

Very nice space, clean and very, very well equipped. The area is quiet and nice and we had free of charge parking space in front of the building.

Communication was really 24/7 - i got an instant response at 2 am When we got a shuttle to airport early in the morning owner checked with us, if all ok, when we arrived to airport There were things like cake from the wife, water, beer, juice, tea, etc super nice!!!
