I got from / to the airport with my luggage by bus without a problem and Frederica's tips helped it to be a very smooth trip. The bus station is a block away from the house and it is very doable even with luggage. The place is great with a nice balcony and a garden. There is a nice typical italian restaurant and a supermarket a minute away. I really liked the location close to the airport and with easy access by public transportation, that i had a place to sit outside and work and the communication with the host. I sometimes make long flight stops in Rome and would definetly stay there again.

The recently renovated holiday home comes with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a an outdoor dining area and a flat-screen TV. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.
