Mattea was quick to respond to any queries. Very nice and helpful. Very clean, new apartment. Had a bonus bathtub. Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of places to hang out/sit. Nice kitchen with food basics. A few small restaurants nearby but they did look good. We ate at the beach for lunch at Vittoria’s Beach Bar and it was great but a 52 minute walk. We cooked in for dinner but Ristaurante Crazy Cook looked good. 6 minute walk.

There are security entrance gates and a designated parking place located right on the banks of the River Tiber (a short walk up some steps to see the great view) The apartment is ground floor with a private sunny garden to sit out and relax. Extremely clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Perfect for us 🤩 Communication with the owner Cristiana is excellent, who met us on arrival, very kindly allowed us to check-in early and gave us alot of helpful information for the apartment and surrounding area - restaurants etc. We only stayed one night before our flight home, but we'd happily stay longer for sure - next time! Definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Even though it was situated close to the AirPort, there was no disturbing noice inside. We had a good nights sleep before early flight. Our children loved the breakfast snacks. The owner also helped us arrange a taxi/transfer to the AirPort. Perfect over-night stay!

Everything went wrong and ended on Thursday 11/7 with the possibility of a transit strike. So, our plans to go to Florence for a couple days were changed. My daughter-in-law found us this lovely “apartment”!! Civitavecchia was great. Just what we needed. We especially liked the bar/cafe where we enjoyed our free breakfast. Saturday wandering the streets and going to the market was amazing. What a gem of a place.
