I was happy to be able to prepare my own breakfast, but there was a cafe nearby where we bought some delicious pistacchio croissants... We enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect for chilling around as well.

V-Accommodation IV Fontane offers accommodation with private balconies in the centre of Rome. Located around 400 metres from Quirinal Palace, the guest house with free WiFi is also 800 metres away from Trevi Fountain. Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, very clean, modern. Host Elisabetta was amazingly nice. She makes you breakfast on the spot and makes you feel like you are at home. The location of the apartment was perfect 👌. It will definitely be my choice in the future.

Residenza Termini features accommodation within 1.9 km of the centre of Rome, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. Comfortable, clean, big size room. Very comfortable beds, extremly clean and nice bathroom, soft white towels, walk in closet, nice lights, just perfect acommodation. Near the center (cca 20 min walking), but highly recommend to take electric bike or trotinet for faster transportation (5 min). There are 2 restaurants very close for breakfast. You can leave your baggage at the basement when you leave, but they will charge you, still less than in city center. The host Anna was amazingly polite and helpfull. Highly recommend this place.

Situated 100 metres from Torre Argentina and offering a shared terrace and free WiFi, Sant'Ivo Apartments provides accommodation in Rome.

Some units also have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave.

Pantheon is 200 metres from the apartment, while Piazza Navona is a 3-minute walk away. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 15 km from the property. Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great tips for local spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Featuring inner courtyard views, G MARCONI Rooms & Suites is set in the Portuense district of Rome, 1.8 km from Basilica San Paolo Metro Station and 3.8 km from Roman Forum. It is situated 1.1 km from Roma Trastevere Train Station and features a shared kitchen. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The units in the guest house are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, slippers and a hair dryer. A dishwasher, a microwave and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee machine. At the guest house, the units have bed linen and towels. From the moment we walked into Colosseum Suits by Glenn, we knew this place was special. As a couple, we were absolutely touched by the thoughtful welcome – a heart-shaped box of Lindt chocolates and a beautifully decorated bed. We’d been to three other cities in Italy before Rome, but this level of detail and hospitality was unmatched. The apartment itself was modern and super easy to use – a brand-new AC and a first-class TV, both of which worked perfectly and made our stay extra comfortable. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was such a nice touch after a day of travel. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The tram stop to Trastevere is literally right outside the building, which made exploring the city super convenient. The area is lovely, peaceful yet well-connected. The free breakfast for two was more than enough – fresh, high-quality croissants, a delicious sandwich, and cappuccinos that were top-notch. Honestly, it was better than breakfasts we paid for elsewhere! The host was excellent – responsive, helpful, and quick to solve any issues we had. You can tell that real thought (and money!) has gone into this place – from the sparkling clean kitchen to the little extras like Nutella, crackers, lemon, and fruit teas. Everything felt carefully chosen and of good quality. Yes, the room isn’t huge, but it’s so well-designed and cozy that we could’ve easily stayed there for a week. The cleanliness, comfort, and vibe were just that good. In our opinion, this is a solid 4-star property, and if we ever come back to Rome, we’re not staying anywhere else. This place made our trip unforgettable.
