A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. The place is small but very comfortable and has everything you might need for a short stay including a washing machine, hair drier and shampoo. There was also some simple breakfast provided which had some cereal, coffee, ham and cheese, yogurts, juice and pastry. The bed was comfortable with some memory foam pillows. The owner thought of everything a traveller might need on the road :) of and there was AC as well. Parking is on the street, there is no designated space but it we were able to find a spot and it was free

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Guest House Italo & Anna is set in Pasian di Prato. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. We loved everything, the facilities, the hospitality of the owner, the breakfast and the surroundings. We definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit Udine. Parking is safe in the yard, and very convenient to get to Udine and also nearby places like Venzone.

We loved our stay here. The apartment couldn’t be more central with convenient parking nearby (underground parking of Piazza Primo Maggio). The flat was very very clean and in great state, its perfect for 2-3 people stays. Super easy check-in and door system.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Cozy and heated house. Three bedrooms for a group of friends, comfortable beds, big bathroom, secure parking, plenty of clean towels. Owner waited for us and checkin went smooth. They helped us to locate a good restaurant. Be aware, they want 10 euro fee if you checkin after 18.00. Some 300 meters away there is a nice caffeteria, where to take croassant in the morning. Area is silent and calm. Highly reccommended as place to book.
