Set in the historic centre of Verona, Truly Verona offers elegant self-catering apartments and studios in different locations. The staff was very helpful through WhatsApp exchanges. There was a video with check-in instructions and everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our luggage at the office location (although it was a 7minute walk away). Everyone we dealt with was friendly and did what was needed to make our stay pleasant.

Very nice an cozy, super clean, located within walking distance from the train station and also form the historical city center (e.g. 5-10 min. to the Arena). We were two friends traveling together, and I want to clarify that this apartment is not really suited for a romantic stay—but it's perfect for small families or two friends. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the train station and is very well located, close to the Arena and other key attractions. I received the instructions for the key on the morning of our arrival, as I was about to lose internet access, and the host was very understanding and helpful. As requested, the sofa bed was already prepared when we arrived, which was great since we didn’t want to set it up ourselves. Everything was super clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the main bed was very comfortable. The apartment also has air conditioning, which was absolutely essential during our stay in June. A coffee machine was provided, and it was a great way to start the day. We met the host Ana on our last day—she was very friendly and welcoming. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout until our departure, which made things much easier. Overall, a very good stay. I’d recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located base in the city.
