From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a welcoming feeling. We could leave our bags in the room before check in . Staff were friendly and helpful, messaging to say we could check in early. Close to subway, family mart and coffee shop. Plenty of choice for eateries, and an easy walk to Shinjuku shopping and entertainment. The room was a great size for 3 grown ups and had everything at hand. And it was quiet. I will stay here again if ever in Tokyo.

It’s on the Yamanote line too, so easy to get to major travel locations like Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable, my group was three people and we had a good amount of space and were very comfortable. There’s cooking and entertainment facilities in the room, which was nice when we were tired and just wanted to relax in the evening. Of note — hotel rooms in Tokyo are notorious for being quite small and cramped, but the rooms at Mimaru are huge by comparison. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Each unit is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with hot tub and slippers. A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. I had a pleasant stay of 3 nights. The beds and sofa are comfortable enough for good rest. The check in and out were easy and smooth. Internet connect was good.3-4mins walk to subway,19mins/3 stations to Shinjuku.
