The property is very very new and nice and clean. Our nicest stay at Kyrgystan to be honest. The little cabin is very very well equipped, water pressure and temperature was perfect. The house is well heated (from the floor). Bed is comfortable. The host was responsive and provided us with all the things we needed, blankets, wifi, etc. You can see the lake from the room. I really really like the design of the cabin, the utensils, bathroom, couch, bed were all wood color and beautiful and pleasant.

Excellent central though quiet position. Very nice family of three generations. After breakfast I played some traditional games with sheep bones with the 10 year old boy of the owner. The boy speaks English amazingly well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated with traditional wallhangings and carpets. And they are heated as the nights get cold in October! Excellent restaurant in the park, 10 minutes walk away. Very efficient and friendly young guy leading the local CBT. At very short notice he made a mountain tour to a ruined Oirat buddhist site possible.

Outside, there’s a microwave, bbq, and washing machine. The shower head was unique. Nice, quiet location. The host was very friendly and accommodating. He spoke great English, so it was very easy to communicate.

Very well-equipped with everything you may need. Sultanat is a great host - very friendly..breakfast for a small price was lovely. Only 5 mins drive from the local market. Highly recommend
