The staff are so welcoming and friendly. My room was very comfortable and clean.

They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.

Toiletries and hairdryer are in the en suite bathrooms. Lovely and friendly team/ flexible on check in and out/ welcoming from receptionist to the parking employee.

Literally drove more than 30 mins on her day off to meet us when we forgot our keys. Apartment is just like the pictures with anything you might need. Location is great, 20 mins walk to Gemmayzeh street & downtown. Spinneys is 1 mins away. Overall we're so happy and we'll definitely go back when we're back in Lebanon.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and ABC mall which made my stay very pleasant. The host Diala is a real host, always happy to help out. I’m sure that I will return to Byout Beirut soon.
