I was pleasantly welcomed with smiling staff and an upgrade at 1 am. the property is in a great central location, walkable to many of the key spots in Beirut, national museum, the idi Amin mosque, the old centre, the souks. The staff are just the loveliest and most helpful people I have met in a long time.

They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.

Not only did he tirelessly coordinate with the airport to track down and deliver my lost luggage promptly, but he also took it upon himself to make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation, ensuring that my trip proceeded smoothly despite the initial setback. Belal & Ramashka’s attentiveness, dedication, and genuine kindness truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, it's the perfect getaway place for couples or families, Ghinwa & Lea are the best hostesses, they are very welcoming and supportive during our stay.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Diala was amazing, super responsive and so nice. Literally drove more than 30 mins on her day off to meet us when we forgot our keys. Apartment is just like the pictures with anything you might need. Location is great, 20 mins walk to Gemmayzeh street & downtown. Spinneys is 1 mins away. Overall we're so happy and we'll definitely go back when we're back in Lebanon.
