The owners are so lovely and made my stay really comfortable. I’ll definitely be back. The room was large and spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked great—I could even get some work done.

The studio was amazing value for money. Great views, extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the beach with great views, kitchenette and great shower/bathroom. There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.

The villa has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Location is perfect. Close to the airport and the host was very helpful. He waited and picked me from Colombo airport around midnight. Room was clean and Breakfast was amazing. Lot of fruits and tea with srilankan Breakfast.

They helped us book a taxi for the airport which was 1000rs or 3.3$ which was great. Thanks for the stay.

The property was beautiful with lovely tropical gardens and comfortable rooms (with a fabulous outdoor bathroom). Shiraj was a lovely host who cares deeply about the property and his guests. They have created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and even grow an all organic garden on the property! All of the staff was helpful and hospitable during our stay and accommodated a very early morning checkout time- we wished we had more nights to spend at this hotel.
