The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

At the apartment complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. The property is very new and well managed. The amenity is excellent.

Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

This place in Tulum is incredible, we loved the private rooftop with jacuzzi to enjoy the sunsets. Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and restaurant in Playa del Carmen. The property is around 7.5 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, 7.6 km from ADO International Bus Station and 10 km from Church of Guadalupe. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. What an amazing hotel! Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.
