We thought this accommodation was a good base to explore the region from. We loved the shower but best of all, it’s very close to Sanga’s Pies which are the best we have had in New Zealand.

At the holiday park, all units have bed linen and towels. The manager was very nice and very accommodating. There was someone already in our rooms so he gave us an upgrade which was great.

Super cute cottages with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We especially appreciated that the use of the washer and dryer was included at no additional cost (even the washing powder!). They have a “contactless” check-in process: they send all the information you need to access the cottage ahead of your stay, although the owners live right next door and are available. About a 10-minute walk from the Hokitika town center and a short drive from the Glow Worm Dell. This was a great stop on our drive along the West Coast.

Located in a quiet, rural setting your motel room is a couple of minutes walk through the sand dunes to the majestic Haast Beach, a wonderful place to watch the sun setting over the Tasman Ocean. We loved the location. 3 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by lovely sheep field. super comfortable room, with great amenities.
