We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

The apartament was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, with huge terrace offering the views of Śnieżka in one direction, and the town with surrounding hills in the other one. It is located on a hill, 10 min walk from the chairlift to Kopa and the entrance to the green trail. There is a nice restaurant just 2 min walk away. The check-in and check-out were totally unproblematic, I had a good contact with the responsible person. Having an underground parking lot in the same building was a great bonus, too! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Karpacz next time.

Super spacious apartment (kitchen + dining room, living room, bedroom). It was so comfortable to stay in this wonderful place before and after our hike to the Śnieżka summit. Arrival was super easy, the host was just great, we´ve received a warm and pleasant welcome. He prepared the sauna for us and on the New Year´s eve he prepared fire, hot wine and gave us a bottle of champagne to open at midnight. He also gave us a dog bed and bowl. Super nice to talk with. I think the experience couldn´t get any better.
