The location is great - close enough to comfortably walk to the beach and and all the restaurants but still far enough from the bars and clubs for it to be quiet at night. The staff was so lovely and made us feel at home. The cleanliness was superb and the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in during our travels in Thailand.

Amazing location so close to loads great restaurants and fisher man village. Ok quiet road. Amazing staff so helpful and friendly. Amazing pool and surroundings gardens. Super pristine and clean everywhere . No fuss or poshness inside the villas but perfectly clean and really comfy. Amazing place

All guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The highlight of this hostel is the owner, DK Mama. This place feels like a home away from home while traveling. It’s a ten minute walk from the beach, a fifteen minute walk from the mall and other shops. There is a small market and 7/11 just down the street as well. The showers and beds are comfortable but not glamorous, don’t come expecting luxury. There is not necessarily a designated common room, but people socialize in the lobby. There’s a kitchen for you to prepare your own food. I loved this hostel so much, I extended my stay and am planning to come back :)

I love the quiet and stillness of the place. Reminds me of my childhood home where I used to stay in the mountains during summer breaks. It was cool though there's no AC built-in in the room. I love everything. It's a good thing that the owner was keen to observe the necessity of bathroom close to the room which they are building during our stay. We recommend the place to our friends. I hope they will love SZ Samui as we did.

Everything was perfect!! Room, pool, view, elephants, facilities, floating breakfast, stuff.... Everything was perfect!!!

The Source is a hidden gem. It feels undiscovered and such a slice of what is at the heart Koh Phangan, beautiful, abundant nature and a feeling of calm that is hard to find in the world. Every window of the studio looks national park jungle and waking up to the view is just stunning. The grounds, the staff, the nature, the accommodation, the yoga shala, all is just so lovely, really unique, heart warming and relaxing. Great place to come for one of their retreats or just for a complete unwind. Totally recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

We stayed here as group of four, and it is a wow property. Just like the pictures. Phil, our host, was terrific and couldn’t have been more helpful. The property had a fabulous pool area and is near a lovely quiet beach. If you are happy to get a bike to do some exploring this place is a terrific option.
