Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. Noemi was so nice and decorated the house for the holiday- it was so cool! We had a blast!

A huge apartment, very clean, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, well connected to the city center by the green line (47th street stop). And the owners, very kind and discreet. Ideal in every way. The only thing to keep in mind is that it does not have a kitchen (but it does have a coffee maker and microwave).

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and fresh suite. Stocked with everything you might need if you planned on cooking. We did not cook but appreciated the full size fridge and coffee pot. Found Clorox wipes under the sink (my husband was sick and wanted to wipe down some surfaces). Needed scissors to cut off some tags and was pleasantly surprised to find some in the first drawer I opened. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed.
