The rooms are large enough to accommodate a family of 3, the bathroom is clean and functional. And the shared areas are so welcoming and well equipped. Highly recommended whether you are in couple or with family.

Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

The host very communicative, he gave me instructions for everything and the check on was great. The bathroom is amazing too. My favorite part of the stay was Mia the cat that was with me all the time. I had a great time.
