The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it. The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english. I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

A little calmer and more quiet! Room was great and there was everything you need. No problem checking in in the middle of the night. No problem leaving our big bags while we were away for a week. This Hotel is truly wonderful! The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring Hanoi. Breakfast is varied and delicious. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
