No breakfast included. Coffee /tea station fully equipped was available with fresh milk in fridge. Our hosts was fantastic and welcomed us. The cottage was beautiful and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to our business. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here. We hope to stay there again!

Useful Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, gas plate, backup battery & light to charge devices, various cutlery, knife, scissors, tin/bottle opener, big sink, cleaning/dry materials, complementary chocolate bar & cappuccinos, tea, coffee, pot, pan, plates, bowls, glasses, big mugs. The Bathroom is big, a couple size power shower big head & high water pressure, hot water, suplled soap, hooks & towels, floor mat, basin with plenty shelf storage, toilet & paper, full length miror. Convenient and quiet location close to all local shops, restaurants, attractions in Howick. Suggest an air conitioner as Howick is very hot & humid. We immensely enjoyed the lovely Hosts and highly recommend their amazing independent, private holiday home for a pleasant, refreshing stay.
