It is really secure with the face identiy when you wanna go in to the hotel and the room offers enough space, was clean and had everything we needed. To include the Breakfast i can recommend because you can eat every day for 650 Rand in the Sunny and Irene Restaurant, which is in the hotel and has fantastic food!

The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the building's security made me feel very safe. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience that I am already planning to return with my family and book one of the penthouses. Highly recommended!My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. Great location with magnificent views from the upstairs balcony. Everything we needed. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. It was good to have a small amount of tea, coffee and milk provided.
