I would like to sincerely thank the staff of Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel for their outstanding hospitality. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean, in a great location, and the sea view from our room — which we had chosen with an upgrade — was truly worth it. A special thank you to the team for offering us a late check-out free of charge, which made a big difference for us . Your kindness and support are deeply appreciated. Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

    Sheraton hotels always make you feel pampered and comfortable, but Atakoy might not be their best. However the staff was extremely courteous and they also helped me retrieve my Istanbul card which I had left in the room by mistake during checkout.

    My wife and I really enjoyed the recommendations made my the Erin who worked at the concierge. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He booked us tables at Okra and Nesrut restaurants and even booked a spa session at HSH hamam. We are very grateful to him. The breakfast buffet was very ok but lacked smoked salmon that I’m used to enjoying at Sheraton hotels. Overall, fantastic stay!

    The staff is the ony current difference with the Marriot Bonvoy Sheraton hotels. In particular, the breakfast team (we were recently in Zagreb) is praiseworthy. Also Staff in the reception.
