The people at the Sheraton were friendly and eager to help, we loved the pools and the ocean front view. although the hotel is older and some of the facilities especially the rooms need and upgrade, it was still very clean and we had and amazing time here.

Sheraton Haikou Hotel is located on the west coast of Haikou City, close to Haikou Wuyuanhe National Wetland Park. The elegantly styled hotel gardens are connected to the beach. A top class hotel. Attentive staff and excellent facilities. The beach access is delightful in the warmer periods. The hotel restaurants have a good selection of foods including local and western (a la carte). The breakfast and dinner buffets are especially extensive. Great value for money for a 5-star hotel. This is a weird one, but lobby always smelled lovely!

This hotel is located in Haitang Bay Sanya, a place full of palms, white beaches and abundant sunshine. The beach is a 6-minute walk away. An airy hotel with large clean rooms and well kept grounds and pool. A good 10 minute walk to the beach, which was difficult to find. This is the first place that accepted Visa.
