Staff are very accommodating. They allowed me with family to check-in earlier than 3pm. Of course, prior to this, I requestrd for early check-in and was very happy to receive a positive response from Four Points. Also, the location is very convenient as it is just a few steps away to BTS Ploenchit station.

Every single person—from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping teams—was kind, smiling, and attentive in that warm, genuinely gracious way that only Asian hospitality can offer. Management was flawless, and it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully supervised daily. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Peter, who went out of his way to share fantastic travel tips with me and my friend. His care and attention made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant staff was outstanding, but my favorite part of each day was breakfast. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with new treats to try every morning. I especially miss the bread cake and the amazing pancakes! This hotel has truly left a mark on my heart. The experience, the people, and the atmosphere were simply unforgettable.
