Front desk reception workers are great. Ali and Mehmet were very helpful, professional and friendly. Ali's language skills are superb, nice welcoming style. Friendly bellhop, who worked in Sheraton before. Massage services, fitness rooms small, but good (so I've heard). Great views from the balcony. Creative cooks, smiling restaurant workers. Sweet strawberries and plums, tasty kofte.
