The best staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded when an issue with first room. Free passes provided for the castle. Helped us get a taxi. Even gave us cookies and candy! Very comfortable bed, large room with a desk.

The gentleman at the reception was super kind.The rooms are very clean.
