We loved our stay at Das Konig Ludwig. The staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. They had a good variety of cheese, fruit, yogurt, breads, fresh squeezed juice, a spectacular variety of teas, and many healthy options. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. No wifi issues throughout the property. The spa and pool areas were well kept and the towels were plentiful. We cannot wait to go back.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile — something you truly appreciate after a five-hour journey. The rooms are stunning, with a magical atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the castle. Honestly, the price feels almost too low for what the hotel offers. You can also book tickets for both castles directly through them, and they’ll hand them to you the next morning — super convenient. They offer the possibility to dine at their restaurant as well. We arrived too late for dinner, but they still prepared a tasting platter for two with sausages, cured meats, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and plenty of their delicious homemade bread. We couldn’t even finish it! Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — calling it “complete” would be an understatement. All in all, highly recommended. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the flies — they’re everywhere. But hey, we still haven’t figured out how to control insect minds, so…

Located at the Main Street of Füssen, walk from the train station only 5-7mins. The apartment has nice decoration. Have all the equipment like at home. Bathroom and pantry are clean. During the stay is very comfortable and relax. The host is very nice and helpful, they have some recommendations about the restaurant and cafe for your reference. P.S They give me a cute souvenir have Lucky (their cat) handprint. It is very unexpected! Happy to stay at their place.

The view! Just superb. We could not see the Castle from our balcony, but still the lake and mountains were gorgeous and we could see everyrhing from the private beach. We really appreciated the beach equipment available and the little playground for kids. The room was very spacious with enough room for the family to stay for a week or longer. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and enough cutlery and plates that we did not have to wash everything immediately after one meal. The bed was comfy, everything was clean and the liitle welcome present was also a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very picturesque place just near the chairlift to the mountain. Beautiful design, everything was in place. Even though we arrived earlier than expected - the host welcomed us and checked in.
