I loved my stay here! Very sweet host who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She happened to be in the center so she gave me a lift to the house. She also got out of her way to book me a seat on the minivan for my travels next day, which I would have missed without her help. Though I had to leave early she prepared me a whole breakfast and gave it to me to eat on my way. The house is very peaceful at the border of the town and close to the river. For me it was perfect since I was tired of the busy and touristy center. The house has a big veranda looking onto a beautiful and well kept garden with a mountain view. My personal highlight was their little kitten. I fully recommend to stay here and hope I can return soon!

Disclaimer: this is a new hotel, everything is fresh from sheets to wooden furniture. We were one of the first guests. Very cozy new hotel in the center of Mestia near the central square. Spacious and comfortable room with a large balcony with sun loungers and a view of the mountains, very comfortable mattress, practical bathroom with underfloor heating and excellent plumbing, good heating throughout the hotel. Decent European style breakfast. On the first floor there’s very cozy common area where you can spend time in the evening. Very friendly owners who will always help with anything, they’ll give you advice on local restaurants and places to visit and see. Owners speak at least English, German, Georgian and Russian. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place to anyone to stay in Mestia.

It’s run by the Nakani family and everything is great here from its location, to its host, to how well Lali the owner has maintained the facilities and the garden and her roses.. a very kind lady to add to this. We stayed at this beautiful mountain hut near Mestia for two nights and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! The heating worked incredibly well which made it super cozy when coming back after a day of skiing. There’s parking available and the little garden is also very nice. The host was very friendly and helpful!

A fantastic, comfy guest house surrounded by Svan towers. They even had a big fluffy dog outside. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.
