Excellent location, just at the base of the ski slope, sunny balcony, forest view. Large and elegant rooms, nice kettle service, big bathtub, fluffy bathrobes. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful (she gave us a mechanic's number and address, even made us a reservation at a nice restaurant on the first evening). Very good breakfast with gluten-free options. Impeccable cleaning. Nice wellness area, even small.

The staff from greeting to departure was wonderful. The restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The room had great views and enough space to accommodate our two weeks of luggage. Overall, a great experience in this family owned business.

Fantastic staff service. Maps readily available and staff recommended good places to go. Bus cards were also given free although i drove. Views were amazing and breathtaking. Room size is big and clean with a nice balcony. Very near to town, possible to walk down to town. good restaurants around and places of interest to visit. Cable car up to ciamponoi is just down hill.
