Firstly, we would like to mention Simone, the owner, as an exceptional host. He was always available, very friendly, very helpful. Thank you very much! The accommodation is perfect to relax, ideally located to reach all activities (hiking, restaurants, the park or lake) quickly. The breakfast was just right. The way Simone prepares the breakfast, with a lot of love, is also to be mentioned particularly positively, as this avoids that unnecessarily much food is thrown away. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute and will definitely be back!

The room was spacious and comfortable and the toiletries provided every day was not only useful, but very well selected and rich in feel. There was a splendidly broad selection for breakfast, and dinner was very lovely. As a non meat eater, the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was okay. It was also very kind of the staff to print out an English translation of the menu. The staff were extremely, friendly, helpful and efficient. We really could not have asked for more. The location is great, right on the edge of the piste. We'd have no hesitation in returning.

We had a great stay here even if we had some troubles at first. Michele is quite a great guy and helped us on spot to make our stay perfect Make sure you discuss everything with him if you are not Italian, because Patrizia does not know at all.

The host was great, very responsive. The room was well equipped with cooking tools, dishes and utensils. There was plenty of coffee. The beds, pillows and blankets were comfy and cozy. The shower water pressure was great. It snowed a lot the fist night we were there. The kids had a blast playing around the hotel in the snow. The snow made it magical! We were defiantly glad to have the jeep, because the roads were bad! it was a tight space for 4 people. it would be very comfortable for a couple. The ski locker was nice to have access to. We didn't really use the resort amenities, as the closed pretty early, and we were outside playing. We rented skis from the resort. We are novice skiers and took a lesson near by. I think with the right lift pass, you could have accessed all the lifts in the area without leaving the hotel. The room is very nicely renovated. It was easy to make breakfast and frozen dinners.

Very modern facilities in room: heated towel rails, underfloor heating, warm and toasty in the winter, great bathroom with Jacuzzi! comfortable bed with different types of pillows and a comfy couch. Owners are absolutely lovely and the hotel is in the middle of nature: I saw a fox from my window! There is even a guitar in the reception that guests can play. Also, breakfast is great!
