This was the place without breakfast - however the kitchen was available for guests. The bed was big. The owner was nice and helpful. There were towels etc. There was a place to sit outside and you could have some bbq.

Flat nice and warm with almost everything you need. Host went out of their way to make our stay a joyous occasion for Christmas, even erecting a Christmas tree and providing cake and small gifts for our children. New superior rooms equipped with aircon units are perfect for the summer; it tends to get a bit hot in the building in June through to August. Loved the newly upgraded 3rd floor. Beds are so comfortable I slept 8-9 hours a night. The new showers are excellent (no basket or shelf to put your own cosmetics on though). Bathrooms in the superior rooms have new, better hairdryers. Excellent breakfasts & pizzas.
