Very nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff. We got a problem with the electricity during the night and they responded promptly within two minutes and resolved it. We definitely will come again. Perfect location.

Everything. The location is near to the historical and commercial center of the city and Zafer Plaza Mall,. The architecture is old, but the building is very well maintained. The rooms are large, clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need, the interior design it's romantic, the view is fabulous. Rich breakfast. 100 point for the hotel and restaurant staff.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the fact that we received a baby cot even though we hadn’t requested one – a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the dining area is beautifully decorated, making it a real pleasure to start the day there. This is a really fantastic hotel and great value for money. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable. They helped me with advice about buses to get around in the city and how to get to the main bus station. I highly recommend having the breakfast.
