The hotel is perfectly located in Innsbruck old town, next to the river. The staff is nice, welcoming and attentive, especially Franchesca at the reception who greeted us with a smile and cared for all our questions and requests. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant (the best I have ever experienced) with a great variety of dishes including fruits (melon, watermelon, mango, strawberry and even exotic fruits such as lychee, Pitaya and more), vegetables, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheeses, salami, etc. Wifi is good, there is a ski room to dry shoes. The room is cosy, clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. Bottom line: this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to treat him/herself with a top-notch hotel at an affordable price
