Our friends also stayed in one of the other apartments and did lots of winter walks in the area and loved it.

We especially loved the fact that everything was centrally located - the children's ski school, the ski lift, the restaurant, and the shuttle bus were all within a few hundred meters' walk. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately had an accident and needed to be transported to the hospital. The level of kindness and care that was taken by the owners and staff to help us during this emergency was priceless and will be forever appreciated and remembered. This place is more than just a hotel - it is a home away from home, managed by a wonderful family and staff who understand what it means to be humble, kind, and gracious to all who visit.

Located right next to the slopes in the Kleinwalsertal ski area, Hotel Birkenhöhe offers a 650 m² large spa area and impressive views of the surrounding mountains. We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.

Surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape with unspoilt nature and clear air, Alpengasthof Hörnlepass in Vorarlberg's Kleinwalsertal valley is a small paradise at 1,200 metres above sea level. The location, quite and still not completely remote. Superb food and a really nice SPA area
