The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

The five-star luxury hotel features 157 Alpine-style rooms, including 25 suites and an exclusive Presidential Suite, fully renovated Kempinski The Spa, four conference rooms and dining rooms with spectacular views of the majestic Pirin Mountains, offering an authentic Kempinski gourmet experience. The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

All rooms have a wardrobe. The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.

We recently stayed at Kandahar Private Apartments in Bansko, and everything was absolutely perfect! The entire apartment was spotless, and the cooking pots, pans, and utensils were not only clean but also very modern and high-quality. It was clear that a lot of care was put into the details. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring Bansko. If you need anything, the hosts respond immediately, and there’s even an oven, a rare amenity in many places. The location is also fantastic, close to one of the main streets and my favorite shop, Aldo, which is open 24/7. We were thoroughly impressed with everything and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Guests at the guest house can enjoy skiing nearby, or make the most of the garden. We spent only a night over there and it was worth the price overall. It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.
